REFUND POLICY
To place a refund, or plan upgrade/downgrade request for an order placed with Dropshiply, you would need to contact us via email at support@dropshiply.co, or by visiting this page: https://support.dropshiply.co/
Please mention your Member ID or your purchase email in your Request and provide a reason for your request in order to speed up your refund process.
Your request will be reviewed within 3-5 days standard response period and we will notify you via email of the results.
We reserve the right to extend the standard response time in exceptional cases with prior notice to you.
Your purchase is safe and secure as long as you read, agree, and accept the following terms and conditions mentioned below:
1. If you have ordered a DFY store, Refund Requests are accepted up to 30 days from the date of placing the order. If the 30 day money-back period is over, you are not eligible for a refund.
Also, if you have already placed your custom store order details with us, and we delivered your store either on our sub-domain or your main domain, the 30 days refund policy will not be valid.
Because 'Custom Store Creation' is a service, where you receive free hosting, a complete 'done for you' store and our team has put all their efforts to customize, add products, and design the store for you from scratch.
2. After your 30 Days, the money-back guarantee is over, we cannot process your refund whether you have used the product or not. Your purchase is protected by 30 days of trial time, during which you should be checking and testing the product. After this time period is over, the refund can’t be requested.
The present Refund policy is part of the Dropshiply TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
